Craig Collinson - Managing Director & Certified Coach
Craig has been a professional Trainer for 16 years, has a wealth of experience to draw upon and is proud of the reputation he has built up amongst his many clients during this time.
Much of Craig’s easy and informal delivery style is based on the experience he gained having spent over ten years on the stage working in Cabaret, Summer Season, Pantomime and Theatre tours and now as an accomplished After Dinner Speaker.
Craig is a Certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Coach, Certified Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy & Hypnotherapy. He utilises these skills both corporately and with private individuals. He is also a Member of ITOL (the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning) and Associate Board Member of the Work Based Academy.

Pam Collinson - Operations
Pam is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of Totem Training Ltd.
Bringing an enormous amount of practical experience encompassing customer care, human resources, administration and Personal Assistant functions, Pam prides herself on delivering the highest levels of customer service.
Pam is an active STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Ambassador working the Education Business Partnership of Lincolnshire & Rutland.
