Totem Training have been Local Authority partners since 2009, providing both motivational and inspirational training programmes as required to meet the demands of implementing new initiatives within the County.
Craig initially supported Early Years Managers taking part in a Leadership Programme that was being piloted within the Birth to Five Service and twelve Early Years settings in Lincolnshire. Course evaluations concluded he had a huge impact in mentoring & coaching them to develop their role and be more assertive.
Since then, Craig & Pam have been working with the Workforce Development Team to develop Leadership & Management training for the wider Early Years workforce. Being open and enthusiastic about creating new courses and as ever, efficient with delivering the paperwork that was required prior and post course delivery.
