With over 15 years experience of providing training & development solutions to Corporate clients and invidividuals, Totem Training Ltd was established by Craig Collinson in 2008.
Since that time we have been proud to work with many companies across a range of sectors including Aunt Bessie's Ltd, EDF Energy, Lincolnshire County Council, Forrester Boyd Chartered Accountants, Cristabl Global, ACS&T Logistics and a number of Social Housing Associations.
Totem Training Ltd is able to draw upon years of experience in the design and delivery of Management Development & Supervisory Training Programmes. As each organisation has its own individual needs and requirements we are able to develop a programme that suits both your budget and your desired outcomes. We pride ourselves on listening to the client to establish understanding and we then incorporate these needs as the cornerstones of the training objectives. A range of assessment methods are available in order to gauge the effectiveness of the programme in addition to a variety of one-on-one support.
The training courses outlined represent a selection of stand-alone half day and full day sessions. Each self contained intervention can be built up into an appropriate package to suit an individual or organisation need.
